Fees
Professional Services
I work for myself and by myself.  This means you are not paying a professional's rate for a junior accountant's work.  I will tailor my services based on your level of involvement.  I can train you to do your monthly bookkeeping services on QuickBooks, or I can provide the service myself. 

The following price schedule is meant to be used only as a guideline for fee structure.  Each client and their individual needs must be addressed individually.

Tax returns
Priced according to the forms and schedules required to complete your return and the way your information is presented (Shoe Boxes are discouraged!)

Form 1040A/EZ w/EFiling = $100 (Covers up to 4 W-2's)
Additional W-2's are $2.50 each.

Form 1040 w/Itemized deductions (Sch A) = $175
Additional charges apply based on additional Forms and Schedules needed:
Interest & Dividends(Sch B) w/ 5 or fewer items = $ 35. Each add'l item $2.50.
Business Income (Sch C) = $75 min. (add'l charges may result based on difficulty of return).
Capital Gains/Losses (Sch D) = $45 min. 

Various other forms, too numerous to list here, may be required for your particular return.  This will add to the cost of your return accordingly.

Consultations
$135 per hour
First hour of consultation for new client is billed at $75;
each additional hour billed @ $135/hr.

Monthly/Quarterly Bookkeeping
Customized to each client
Minimum basic fee = $100.  Price is affected by the number of checks you write, number of employees and payroll reports required, frequency of sales tax return filings, additional business license reports required and many other factors. 

QuickBooks Training - $75/hr.

Payroll Services
Customized to each client.
Minimum basic fee covers check-writing for up to 10 employees.
Quarterly/Annual Reports-941 and TN Employment reports/W-2's included at no additional charge:
Weekly - $45
Bi-weekly - $65
Semi-monthly - $70
Monthly - $75

Quarterly - $125
